In an extremely challenging world, we’ve been working tirelessly to reduce homelessness. Read our 2024/25 Impact Report below and see how we:
- Enabled vulnerable groups of people to access housing in the private sector.
- Kept people in their homes by providing advice and services to help them manage and maintain their tenancies.
- Worked closely with Landlords to solve issues with tenancies and bring long term empty properties back into use.

OUR IMPACT

We put over £1.5 million pounds into the pockets of our service users in 2025 via benefit applications/appeals, debt reduction and successful grant applications.

In 2025, we provided 154 new Bond Guarantees to house homeless households (including 116 children)

Over 200 Landlords and Letting Agents currently benefit from free Bond Guarantees, support, training and incentives from The Bond Board.

In 2025 we supported 1775 homeless households to get housed or to maintain their tenancies.
