You are invited to join us on the 28th September from 5:30pm – 8:00pm at our latest Landlord Forum.
This will be held at Rochdale Borough Council, Number One Riverside, OL16 1XU– Floor 1 Room 109 (Ogden) with all the latest news affecting landlords and the private rented sector.
With speakers starting at 18:00 we will cover the Renters Reform Bill with an expert solicitor in landlord law giving an insight into how this affects landlords and the proposed legislation changes.
We will be talking about energy efficiency changes and the impact on Landlords around improving properties and what grants may be available.
Electrical Safety updates and legislative requirements.
Advice on Estate Planning – how you can plan to manage and pass on your assets.
The Council and The Bond Board will be on hand to provide information about the latest initiatives and schemes for landlords in the borough.
The North West Landlords Association and what their membership offers landlords.
We will also have officers from our Housing Standards team to answer any queries you may have!
With local services and speakers available before and after, this is a chance to find out about the forthcoming changes to the Private Rented Sector. Refreshments will be provided.
