One of the U.K’s most successful homeless projects!

The Greater Manchester Homes Partnership is one of the most successful homeless projects in the UK!

We are proud to have been a key delivery partner in the GM Entrenched Rough Sleepers Project. Working in partnership with organisations across Greater Manchester, as well as private landlords, we have been able to source  properties for people sleeping rough and ensure wrap around support is in place to help people to get their lives back on track.

Three years on, 281 (79%) of those are still accommodated, 45 have started employment or training, 133 have received help for their mental health and 97 have accessed drug or alcohol services.
